Welcome Member of the Press…
As an advocacy organizational for all 101 Towns and Villages in the Adirondacks, we thank you for taking the time to visit our website and learn more about how we advocate for the issues that concern our members and their constituents the most.
AATV is an organization comprised of local elected officials, mainly Town Supervisors from within the Blue Line of the Adirondacks. We live in our communities year round. We work locally to support economic development. We recognize the needs of the 125,000 people who call the Adirondacks home.
A Board of Directors meets monthly to discuss rising issues facing our Adirondack towns and their residents. We continually discuss how best to tackle the monumental issues we face and take that coordinated to message to Albany multiple times per year, directly to our Legislators and State Agency representatives. It’s our mission to work with our elected State leaders to advocate on your behalf to improve daily life in the Adirondacks.
If you are writing or producing a story that you feel is germane to our efforts, please feel free to contact us at the menu option above. A staff or board member will reach back out to you to discuss how we can support your work.
